This cake was made for a 77 year old woman who graduated with her Masters from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. She has been a life long learner and did it because she loved it. She studied Quakers. The front is inspired by their scarf and collar. This entire cake is buttercream finish. The top is vanilla filled with raspberry and the bottom is chocolate filled with raspberry.
