My daughter and I made this cake for my son's fiance's baby shower. We are home bakers who only do cakes for family. The owl topper is rkt covered in modeling chocolate. The owls and daisies are modeling chocolate. The top tier is wasc, bottom tier is dark chocolate. All covered and filled in crusting buttercream.
