Hello Kitty
3-layer oval Hello Kitty. I thank Alamo Sweets for the oval idea. I decided to just cut kitty out of fondant and an edible frosting image. It would have been better I think now, to have done a fbct. The cake is french vanilla with marshmallow filling. Royal icing flowers.

I think it's great the way it is d. I like the fact the kitty has a 3-d quality to her. It makes her stand out and gives the cake texture!
