A glamourous cake for my cousin's Josee 50th birthday. All edible, the shoe is made of fondant. The cake is red velvet with buttercream and salty caramel, covered with fondant. I embossed the green fondant and the flowers petals with a neon lighting pannel to give some texture to the cake. I love these geometric cakes!
