This one tier cake was my first attempt at using the Lambeth piping method. It is made up of gluten free pineapple upside down cake, gluten free lemon sponge cake and a gluten free lemon custard filling. It was dirty iced in swiss meringue buttercream, covered in yellow modeling chocolate and piped with royal icing.
