This weekends cake was based with a 12" 3 layer cake with ruffled rosettes that took 10 hours to do. There's got to be a quicker method! But I loved. How it turned out. Other tiers were in buttercream with painted fondant striped, pearl dragees and fondant rouching on the top tier with bling wrap.
