This is the "after" photo. I used a larger tip and made buttercream flowers to cover the border and added a couple of flowers on top (to cover the broken line). Smoothed the crease out a little better.

Used a #12 tip to make the base. Then a #3 tip to make a "circle of string" on the back half of the base for the "sock" part of the bootie. A #2 tip to pipe a little "shoestring" on the front.

Aaaaah, I LOVE all those adorable little booties! I love everything about this cake and it is so nice and smooth!
