This is a 2 layer strawberry cake, filled with sugar free strawberry jam, frosted with vanilla buttercream and adorned with gum drops. A fun note, I have never found black licorice here in Mexico, and these white gum drops are the flavor of black licorice! I found that out by accident when I dropped one and didn't want to waste it, lol!
