I entered this cake in the Tiered Cake Competition at the 2012 Oklahoma State Sugar Arts Show, Bottom tier is hand painted, hanging snowflakes made from gelatin and gumpaste, ice fairy was made of gumpaste with hat made of gelatin, background snowflakes made of poured sugar. Board treatment was done with royal icing.
