Made for a friend's second birthday party. Lots of cute details like a sweet little mermaid, oyster & pearl, goldfish, starfish, octopus, ombre waves, & bubbles. Inside cake layers were also baked in an ombre color pattern. The third tier was a special layer just for the birthday girl!
