Made this for my "baby" sister's birthday. It is American chocolate mud cake filled with blackberry chocolate ganache, Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream & MMF Fondant. Really happy with how it came out. It is exactly what I had envisioned. Really enjoyed making the flowers.
