Cake is covered in fondant and then I sponged on 'snow' (royal icing). The cake board is covered in hard candy to look like ice (sugar, corn syrup and water). Crown is made of gumpaste and covered in sanding sugar. Olaf is made of a mixture of gumpaste and fondant. He had a rough ride to my daughter's birthday party...and his arms and hair got a little damaged in box I was carrying them in. TFL!
