A striped bass retirement cake -- choc cake- 9x13 carved- LMF fondant- hand painted and dusted. I'm thrilled with the way this cake turned out-- carving is not my thing-- so I found it challenging- I did use pics online as a guide as I had no idea what a striped bass looked like!! Ha--Thank you to Tinazzzviking74 on CC for her guidance and support. It was also the first time I ade and used LMF fondant-- which I LOVE!!!!
