This small cake was a thank you gift to hairdresser friend for referring a client to me. Torted carrot cake, 6 inch round, cream cheese icing and filling and covered in fondant. All decorations were 50/50 gumpaste/fondant blend. I hated hte color combination, but it was a 'quickie' and I used colors I already had on hand.
