This is the cake I was asked to recreate from one of my favourite cake artists - Jacki Fanto from Blissfully Sweet. It was a really daunting task. With her generous permission, this cake was created for the Christening of one gorgeous little girl. It's a double barrel - bottom tier is choc mud and top tier is caramel mud. Hand made peony and ruffled roses.
