Gambler's Cake
This was my very first competition piece ever! Talk about a train wreck, My daugter ate most of my cards three days before the show and I had to make all new ones. She also ate the dots off the dice, getting the fondant wet, thus making me reover those. I nearly had a heart attack from this cake.
In the end, all went really well. I received and 1st place ribbon on this piece. Now I have the competition bug. Everything is covered in fondant with an edible image on top that is made into a plaque with
