My entry into Manchester's Cake International this year. Everything you see I have made myself.

The cake stand is made from cake boards glued together, then iced to look like tree slices, and the tree stump is two 6" dummies iced, and prettyfied with cutesy style flowers, and insects.

The birdhouse was carved from stacked Rice Krispie squares, then iced. The roof took an absolute age to decorate!!!

The cupcakes had to be 2 sets of identical designs, so I opted for cute birds, and toadstools in vanilla and lemon.

Just found out I have won a gold medal, so absolutely thrilled!!!
