we have a lobster dinner party every year...I would love to do this...what did you use for the lobster trap????
I melted chocolate and then when it was cool enough I cut out the pieces - I should have used more wax in the choc. it wasn't stable enough. The lobster was made from a 9x12 or 11x 15 pan - not sure which then the claws were made from the cut out portions of the tail where I had sculpted the tail piece.
