Happy first birthday to my nephew, Theo!! He loves panda bears but I couldn't find a panda cake that really worked for us, so I tried my hand at fondant chevrons for the first time! I have more to learn, but Theo was excited to see the fondant "tanda!" He had a more cartoon panda smash cake with piped butter cream chevrons--much harder to make clean than fondant!
