I did these for an anniversary party. They had them on plates around the buffet. They are pretty easy, and look great.

Looks like the initial is made out of white chocolate and pressed into a dipped strawberry. Is that right?

Thank you so much for the great comments. I love dipping strawberries, and so these are a lot of fun for me. I attempted to right instructions here, but couldn't. I'm not sure how to go about writing a tutorial, so if someome can help me, that would be great. I would be more than happy to share.
