This is my first Caramel Cake. It is my first time making a buttercream/cream cheese/maple frosting of my own design. It is also the first time that I have put bacon bits and rock salt on a cake. I was not too sure about this one before I tasted it. It is RIGHT ON!!!!! I am sooooo happy with this cake. This will surely be repeated.
