This cake was made for one of our pink hatter girls in the Red Hat group who is turning 50. When a pink hatter turns 50, they move from pink and lavendar colors to purple clothing and red hats.

I did not cover in fondant because many times people do not like to eat it. I wish I had smoothed the frosting. The cake is half chocolate and half white with almond buttercream frosting. Everything on top is edible and made from MM fondant and marzipan.
