This is a birthday cake I did for my 11 year old niece. It's a design from the Wilton 2007 book but I changed it a little. I didn't have the spiral roller to make the design on the swag so I used my fondant cutter with a decorative edge and cut out the swags so the design is on the edge. The top and bottom layers are both white cake but the middle layer is rice krispie treats because she didn't need that much cake. Everything is covered in marshmallow fondant and the candles are made from fondant as well
