All tiers covered in fondant. Ruffled flowers on bottom tier are fondant. Middle tier was painted with Nu Silver dust and lemon extract. Top flower is fondant.....I wanted that one to be more of a protruding affect, but this is what my hands made instead! I couldn't decide if I wanted to build it on the cake or make it separately and attach it to the cake. I opted to build it on the cake......I'll just have to make some adjustments for the next time. Still not too bad.........heavy sigh, I am my own worst critique!
