Most people would not know this team. This is our Major Junior Hockey team from Halifax. My son loves our Mooseheads so this was the theme of his 8th birthday cake. The whole cake is alternate layers of white and chocolate cake in each tier. Each tier is buttercream finish with MMF decorations.
