Top their is a dummy cake. First time using one. I Was not happy with it. Maybe next time will be easier. Second tier is a banana cake filled with Carmel and chocolate ganashe. This was a prastic cake to see how the pleats would look and how to make some pleats. I got to eat this one! Yum!
