Looks great!!! How did you make the foamy top on the jello?

Here's the recipe for the foam top. . .

1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cups milk
1 pack Knox gelatin

Place 1/2 cup cold milk in bowl, sprinkle with 1 pack unflavored gelatin. Allow to soften. Boil 1/2 cup water and add to the gelatin mixture. Use a whisk to make it frothy, do every few minutes while it cools. Do not refrigerate. Once gelatin has cooled and you have the froth you want gently swish froth onto tops of cooled and set jello shots. You will have much more than you need, so don't feel you have to use it all. Refrigerate till firm and enjoy!
