Had the pleasure to finally have a go at creating a cake that I had been longing to do for a while. A simple, yet pretty cascading blossom cake in the birthday girls favourite colours. I lost count of how many blossoms I made, but there are a few on there. It wasn't a big cake though, approx. 6" round from memory.
