This is a 4 layer Strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries on 2 tiers and strawberry jam in one. Frosted with buttercream, sparkle gel and topped with vanilla and chocolate letters and hearts. I was playing with left overs from Valentine's Day. My original intent when I began the tutorial photos was to do a brush embroidery cake and document it from beginning to end, HOWEVER, my son brought his Chihuahua to the shop and he jumped up on me at a bad time. Errors were made and I covered them up with the fondant hearts, lol.
