I made this car in order to check out some new fondant over here in the Netherlands (SweetArt) .. so i tried to make a sports car with many unusual curves. This is the second time ever carving a cake and this one was a real challence. I'm pretty happy with it :) by the way.. it's filled with champagne cream and raspberries.. It's realy fun to sculpt figures out of cake so i will do more in the near future
