This is a lemon cake with lemon flavored BC icing. It was for my son's end-of-season pizza party. I surprised everyone - didn't tell anyone I was doing this (just in case it didn't turn out right). They all loved it.

Looks fantastic! I love the grass. I used bc grass on a cake once and it seemed to crust all over too much. Did you have this problem?
