Cake is French vanilla filled with vanilla buttercream and coated in base coat of vanilla buttercream. The "turrets" are blue candy chocolate painted waffle cones. The royal and dark blue spires, "glass", strands and icicles are pulled isomalt (melted sugar). The water is sour taffy candy, the rocks are jelly beans. The bridge was built with buttercream steps, shimmer dust, and sugarveil lace. The jewels (clear) are also isomalt.
