This cake is made for welcoming the Chinese New Year that is The Year of the Wooden Horse. The cake shape is a wood log and a horseshoe on top is believed to bring good luck, both wood log and horseshoe are to remind of the wooden horse. And of course there is a traditional Chinese Fire Dragon curled around the wood log, the Chinese lady in front of the cake is myself enjoying the tasty cake and the promising New Year!. Gong Xi Fa Cai !!!
