Vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling. Iced in SMBC and fondant. Fondant accents. Gumpaste hat and boots. I enjoyed making this cake for my grandaughter's 5th birthday, and she loved it especially since she owns pink cowgirl hat and boots. I also made matching cookies for the guest --- oh, and don't know who to give credit to since her mom just brought me a pic of what she wanted. TFL
