Charles-Etienne wanted a Monster inc. cake for his 5th birthday, so, that's what I designed for him. This is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling all covered with fondant. The decorations are also fondant. Mike's body is a styrofoam ball covered with fondant but everything else is edible. I love Mike's birthday hat, he is so cute!
