Buttercream Wedding Cake
A family friend frantically called me 8 days before a wedding requesting me to make a cake. It's a chocolate blackout cake with almond flavored swiss buttercream filling and frosting. The simplest cake I've made so far.
Simple maybe... but very lovely and delicate looking, especially with such short notice!
