Found little jelly fish at a confectionary wholesaler I visited. Then I found this wonderful website and am completely inspired by all of the like-minded people I have found here. So I made this cake yesterday.
The palm tree was quite simple - roll modelling paste around florists wire, trim to approximate shape, frill with a ball tool on foam mat, then slice each side of the leaf with embroidery scissors. Ruffle leaves before leaving to dry.
