I make these cakes for my kids' teachers as a Christmas presents. 6' Vanilla/chocolate cakes filled with Swiss meringue frosted with chocolate ganache. Decorated with homemade fondant. I had a chance to try some techniques for the first time and I had a great time decorating them .
