I made this cake for my son for his graduation from college, he is a huge Lord of the Rings fan and this is my version of the city Minas Tirith, used the model for inspiration. It was a huge challenge. 7 layers covered in bc frosting, buildings are fondant, cliff is rice crispy treats covered in bc, buildings, tower, and tree also rice crispy treats covered in fondant.
