Plane cake for a 48 year old birthday boy. Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting covered in fondant. Bottom of cake is foam with foam board wings and tail covered in gumpaste. Was very daunting trying to figure out how to get it to balance on 3 wheels!
