This was a cake I made for our school Christmas party. The bottom tier is a humminbird cake with lemon cream cheese frosting, and the top tier is yellow cake with eggnog frosting. The cityscape enclosure is gumpaste with fondant accents, and the nativity scene is a mix of fondant and gumpaste.
