Racing track cake. Two firsts for me: making and using modelling chocolate (Fantastic stuff!!!) and carving RKTs (actually Kelloggs LCM Rice Bubble bars) as a base for the car models. I've borrowed ideas here from quite a number of people on CC and elsewhere - wouldn't know where to begin giving credit.
