There's 3 the same cakes, and the cake itself is 4 layers of genoise sponge brushed with sugar syrup and separated with 3 different fillings - coconut swiss meringue buttercream, blueberry jam and passion fruit mousse. Covered in white belgian chocolate ganache, handcut panels, swirls and fresh roses on top.
