I made this cake for the 18th birthday party of twin sisters. One want to be a nurse and the other one will be an accountant. The colors are the same as their gown bal dresses. This is a marble cake with creamcheese frosting and salty caramel filling, all covered with fondant. The details are also fondant. All edible except for the syringe needle who is toothpick.
