This was made for a special man, who owns a fishmongers. He has occasionally gives my young daughter a crab when we pop in the shop. My daughter wanted me to make him a crab cake, to say thank you for all the crabs he has given her over the years. It's not much, but we had to say thank you to him in some way.

I hope he likes it. My wife and daughter are popping into the shop tomorrow with the cake.
