My Rapunzel Doll cake - I am delighted with how she turned out. A massive thank you to Ashlee at 'Im Topsy Turvy' for her great tutorial which I based this cake on. The doll is of course not edible but the flowers in her hair and dress is. Cake was chocolate cake, covered and filled with chocolate buttercream and then fondant. The 4yr old loved her...I think I did just as much ;)
