This is my answer to Mexico's Tres Leches Cakes! This is La Gringa's Pastel de 4 Chocolates! This is a 2 layer chocolate cake filled with strawberry jam and frosted with chocolate buttercream, drizzled with fudge and encircled with buttercream medallions and malted milk balls.
