This was a corporate event for Hertz rental cars. The car was made out of Rice Krispies covered in white chocolate and fondant. Another one of my older cakes. It was so hot that day that the cake started bulging and cracked the fondant where the 'H' stood. The only thing that I could recall is that my icing wasn't as stiff. I've since learned to build a stiff damn around the cake and once filled and stacked, trim off any excess cake around the edges. This will prevent from any bulging.
