My sweet mother surprised me for Mother's Day all the way from Puerto Rico so I knew that I had to whip her up a little something sweet. This was my first attempt at trying the ruffles technique in buttercream. I topped it with a simple "Mom" banner from my scrap booking supplies. Thanks for looking.
