Made these for my cousins daughter who had her 1st birthday at Disneyland and I made cupcakes to match the theme. Got to have a photo of Minnie Mouse with these =) The white ruffles and Mickey Mouse's bow-ties are dusted in Rainbow Disco Dust for some "magic" sparkle.
